CLASS - XI
(FOR HOLY CROSS STUDENTS)
Application forms for admission to Class XI (HCS Students - both Boys &
Girls) will be available during the office hours from 02/03/2020 to
21/03/2020.
The cost of Application form with Prospectus:- Rs.
700/-

On the day of admission, parents (both father and mother) and the
candidate must be present.
Students who don’t take admission on the stipulated date will be given the
same at a later stage only if seats are vacant.
The following documents have to be produced at the time
of admission:-
1. The Admission form duly filled in
2. Photocopy of Admit card of Class X Secondary Examination: (2019-20)
3. Photocopy of Aadhaar Card of the Candidate
FEE TO BE PAID
4. Amount to be paid at the time of admission:
Rs.41060/- (Science)
5. Amount to be paid at the time of admission:
Rs.39460/- (Com & Arts)
6. Demand Draft (DD) of the required amount in the name of HOLY
CROSS SCHOOL, BOKARO STEEL CITY.
7. Bus Fee (2 months – June & July) for bus-availing students
of Rs.1460/- (approx.) to be paid in cash.
Note: The Original mark sheet and a photocopy of the same
to be produced within three days after they have been received in the school
office or a downloaded copy of the Marksheet to be submitted as and when CBSE
declares Secondary Examination 2020 Result.

ADMISSION NOTICE : (2020-21)
(For External Candidates)
Application forms for admission to Class XI (both
boys & girls) will be available during the office hours from 02/03/2020
till 05/06/2020. Students are requested to submit Pre Board Marks along
with the form. When results of Class X exams are published a copy of the marks
statement needs to be submitted.

Criteria for Admission in Class XI after declaration of Class X
results:-

Performance in Aptitude Test and the following percentage in class X

For Science Stream : 75%
aggregate, 75% (Grade-B1) and above marks in
English, Maths & Science.

For Commerce Stream
: 65% aggregate, 65% (Grade-B2) and above marks in
English & Social Science.
·
For Arts / Humanities Stream : 55%
aggregate, 55% (Grade-B2) and above marks in English & Social Science.

PROVISIONAL ADMISSION DATES:
Selected candidates of First Aptitude Test can take
admission on 1st and 2nd April 2020
Selected candidates of Second Aptitude Test can take
admission on 13th and
15th April 2020
Selected candidates of Third Aptitude Test can take admission on
23rdApril 2020
Provisional Admission: from
9.00 a.m. to 12.00 Noon. Provisional admission can be taken after depositing an
amount of Rs.15,000/-
The balance amount (Rs.26060/-
approximately) is required to be deposited within 5 working days after the
declaration of CBSE and other Class X Board results, subject to fulfillment of
the Admission Criteria.
In case of non-fulfillment of the Admission Criteria
after the declaration of the Class X Board results the aforesaid amount of Rs.15,000/- deposited for Provisional
Admission will be refunded. Provisional Admission Fee is
Non-Refundable in any other case.
